I thought it was pretty mediocre and that's about it, but i realized that this was just a shameless ripoff of "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo" which made me like this even less. I mean Gadget being brainless moron is a little more excusable in this case because he's only a kid, but that just makes me think of why the scientist would make such an advanced robot into a baby.
